The cottage sits on the North Atlantic and every moment there is a new view with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Come and enjoy watching visiting whales in the summer and icebergs in the spring. The many seabirds can appear anytime and all the viewing is from from your deck.
The cottage has a wood stove for chilly evenings in spring and fall and sits on one acre of ocean front land with a fire pit near the oceans edge. The walking trails leave from our doorstep, and it’s a five minutes to beautiful Broadcove beach. If it’s a peaceful experience connecting with nature you are looking for, this is the cottage for you.

Susan couldn’t have been nicer and if you really want to “get away from it all” this would be the place. Sitting in an Adirondack chair with a glass of wine, looking out onto the broad expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, suddenly nothing seems to matter. Peaceful and beautiful, we hope to come back!!
I’ve travelled the province extensively over the years, but have never vacationed anywhere as magnificent and welcoming as Eagle’s Nest. I’ve stayed there twice; both in the summer and the winter. My stay in the summer was for three weeks, and later winter as a retirement gift to myself for a month. I still can’t decide which season was more spectacular. – Teddy (Ontario)
